Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days of processing time for your order to ship out.

Logistics: DHL, UPS, USPS, CNE, JCEX, YunExpress

During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

TRACKING NUMBER

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided. Shipping information is usually delayed 3-5 days to get updates from the courier service. You may need to track it again after a few days, if there is still no update, please send an email to customer@luvtoo.co.uk to follow up your order.

CANCEL ORDER

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must email us at customer@luvtoo.co.uk within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email customer@luvtoo.co.uk, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.

SEPARATE PACKAGES

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: certain items may be on backorder or weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office.
